Born in August 1966, a member of the Communist Party of China, a senior engineer, and holds a graduate degree.

Graduated from the Ceramics Engineering major at North China University of Science and Technology in July 1989 with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering;

I studied and graduated from the graduate program in Thermal Energy Engineering at Hebei University of Technology from July 1999 to July 2000;

From 1989 to 2003, worked at Tangshan Ceramic Group Zhongying Architectural Ceramics Co., Ltd., serving as a technician in the molding workshop, director of the technical department, director of the production department, assistant to the general manager, and chief engineer;

From 2003 to 2008, he successively served as the Chief Engineer of Tangshan Jianhua Ceramics Factory, Deputy General Manager of Beijing Dongneng Thermal Technology Co., Ltd., and Chief Engineer of Tangshan Huamei Ceramics Co., Ltd;

Since 2008, he has served as the Director of the Information Department and Deputy Secretary General of the China Ceramic Industry Association.
