Abstract: In recent years, traditional culture and arts and crafts have received increasing social attention, and the modernization transformation of the traditional arts and crafts industry has become a hot topic in academia and industry. This article takes "Hubei Mingyao · Shiwai Pottery Garden" as the research object to establish its own brand and its development according to local conditions, explore its practical path in the modernization transformation of traditional arts and crafts industry with regional characteristics as the main focus, analyze its brand establishment, image building, and enterprise development strategies, aiming to explore successful experiences for the branding development of folk traditional arts and crafts industry, explore effective paths for the integration of tradition and modernity, and help the brand development of arts and crafts industry in the new era.
