As one of the important departments of the China Ceramic Association, the Comprehensive Department is responsible for implementing national financial and accounting regulations and policies, formulating various financial and accounting systems for the unit, and strictly organizing their implementation; Responsible for the preparation, organization, and reception of association meeting records, minutes, and related activities; Responsible for the management of document receipt, approval, seals, and secretarial archives; Responsible for drafting annual work plans, summaries, council documents, and leadership speeches; Responsible for the association's personnel and labor management, attendance, and welfare condolences; Be responsible for the operation, management and maintenance of the Association's foreign affairs exchange, publicity and reporting, and information platform (official account, video number, official website); Responsible for the allocation of association office resources, maintenance of building equipment, and security protection; Responsible for reviewing the registration of association vehicles, meals, and business trips, as well as providing other logistical support; Responsible for business liaison, declaration, and annual inspection with relevant departments such as industry and commerce, taxation, and auditing; Responsible for financial revenue and expenditure planning, budgeting, final accounts, and management work, drafting financial reports for the board of directors; Responsible for party affairs management, party conduct and clean governance construction, and annual assessment of employees, and doing a good job in administrative work. Coordinate with the Party Building and Personnel Department, Finance Department, and Office of China Light Industry Federation, and contact foreign ceramic related associations and other institutions. Responsible for compiling and archiving the association's expert database.
