As one of the important departments of the China Ceramic Association, the Training Department is responsible for organizing, promoting, and carrying out vocational skill training and vocational skill appraisal that meet the needs of the ceramic industry; Carry out ceramic related vocational skills competition activities under the leadership of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the All China Federation of Trade Unions, and the China Light Industry Federation; Undertake work projects such as the revision of vocational training textbooks, occupational standards, and occupational codes entrusted or commissioned by relevant government departments; Independently or jointly conducting investigations, business consulting, and business training activities; Summarize, exchange and promote advanced work experience and research results; Regularly evaluate and improve training effectiveness, provide better learning and growth opportunities for members, and guide and coordinate the work of various training bases. Coordinate and contact the Ministry of Light Industry, the Ministry of Craft Industry, the Party Building and Personnel Department, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Finance, Trade and Tobacco Branch of the All China Federation of Trade Unions, and other departments.
